Monoblock wheels: 6–8 weeks
Production time includes shipping, since shipping typically takes only a few days once your wheels are completed.
All DR Forged wheels are made from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 forged aluminum and machined to your exact specs.
Yes. All DR Forged wheels are engineered and tested to meet or exceed applicable JWL, VIA, TÜV, and SAE safety standards, depending on the specific design and market. Every wheel undergoes strict structural, fatigue, and impact testing to ensure safety, durability, and performance for street and high-performance use.
Yes — all DR Forged wheels include a 3-year structural warranty and a 1-year finish warranty.
Fitment depends on your vehicle model, brakes, suspension, and desired stance. You can order using our recommended specs or contact us and we’ll help select the ideal width, offset, and tire sizing.
Concavity is affected by wheel width, offset, brake clearance, and barrel design. We maximize concavity where possible while ensuring proper clearance and safety.
Yes. We design wheels around OEM and aftermarket BBKs.
We also 3D scan brake systems to create exact clearance models, ensuring proper fitment with no guesswork.
Yes — we build wheels for all vehicles, including:
Daily drivers
Sports cars
EVs (Tesla, Porsche, Audi, etc.)
Trucks & SUVs
6-lug platforms
Centerlock systems
Track and race applications
We adjust design, structure, and load rating based on vehicle requirements.
Yes. You can customize the design, size, offset, finish, bolt pattern, and engraving. We can also machine the wheels to accept OEM center caps when applicable.
We offer three main finish categories:
Solid finishes (Gloss, Satin, Matte)
Transparent finishes (Gloss, Satin, Matte — all on brushed aluminum)
Textured finishes

Yes — forged carbon center caps are included. If preferred, we can machine the wheels for OEM center cap sizes when compatible.
Yes — any DR Forged design can be built in a centerlock configuration for vehicles equipped with a centerlock system.
Yes — we offer custom forged wheels for 6-lug trucks and SUVs, with proper load ratings and brake clearance engineering for heavier platforms.
Standard load rating is 720 kg per wheel for most passenger vehicles.
For EVs, trucks, SUVs, and other heavier platforms, we increase the structural design and forging profile to handle higher loads.
For lighter sports cars and track builds, we prioritize strength while optimizing weight — load rating always meets or exceeds OEM requirements, even when designing for reduced weight.
Forged wheels:
There are two types of real forging:
Full forged billet (fully CNC-machined, most customizable)
Mold-formed forged (uses a forged preform, but less customizable)
Both are strong and lightweight, but billet forging offers the most flexibility for custom sizes, offsets, and designs.
Flow-formed wheels:
Cast center + spun barrel — stronger than cast, but not true forged strength or weight.
Cast wheels:
Molten aluminum poured into a mold — lowest cost, heavier, and less durable.
Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping, and we cover all customs duties and import taxes so customers do not pay anything extra after checkout.
