We are DR Forged.
Based in Tempe, Arizona, we specialize in designing and engineering forged wheels. Each wheel is crafted with precision and passion, resulting in a unique, high-performance piece of engineering art.
Fully Forged
DR Forged produces fully forged wheels in both monoblock and modular configurations—never cast, never flow-formed.
Forging provides control over design, proportion, and structural integrity, enabling wheels that are refined, balanced, and engineered to integrate seamlessly with each vehicle.

Crafted Exclusively for Your Vehicle

Every DR Forged wheel is engineered for a specific vehicle. Hub diameter. Brake clearance. Load rating. Offset. You choose the design, size, color, finish, and engraving, while we dial in the fitment and engineering for your application. Monoblock wheels deliver in 6–8 weeks, modular wheels in 8–12 weeks from design selection to delivery.

Vehicle Scanning. CAD Engineering. FEA Validation.

Vehicle Scanning

Vehicle measurements and fitment data are analyzed to ensure proper brake clearance, hub fitment, and application-specific specifications.

CAD ENGINEERING

Our engineers develop parametric wheel designs tailored to each vehicle’s brake system and suspension geometry. Every surface, spoke profile, and mounting interface is modeled to ensure precise fitment and balanced proportions.

FEA Validation

Advanced FEA simulations analyze stress distribution, load paths, and structural performance under demanding driving conditions to validate strength and durability.

Forged Blanks

Production begins with aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum billets forged into high-strength monoblock blanks. Each forging is heat-treated to maximize strength and durability, creating the foundation for precision machining and long-term performance.

CAM Programming

Once the forging process is complete, each wheel design is programmed using advanced CAM software to generate precise machining tool paths. Every movement is carefully calculated to ensure the finished wheel accurately reflects the engineered design and specifications.

CNC Milling

During this stage of production, the wheel design begins to take shape as precision CNC machining gradually removes material to achieve accurate fitment, refined detailing, and consistent surface quality.

Back Milling

Once the face machining is complete, the wheel is rotated for backside machining, where material is strategically removed to optimize weight while maintaining structural integrity.

Laser Engraving

Final wheel specifications including wheel design, diameter, width, offset, PCD, and center bore are laser engraved onto each wheel for accurate identification and production traceability.

Final Inspection

Each wheel undergoes detailed quality inspections to verify machining accuracy, finish quality, and overall consistency before moving to the finishing and packaging process.
