Custom Details
One of the most unique aspects of this build is the reverse staggered configuration.
Unlike traditional staggered setups where the rear wheels are wider, the Audi RS3 uses a reverse staggered setup with a wider and lower-offset front wheel configuration due to the platform’s front-biased quattro system.

This allows the car to feel more responsive and balanced during spirited driving while still maintaining comfortable daily drivability.
Because the front setup uses a wider wheel with a much lower offset, the front wheels would naturally appear noticeably more concave than the rear.
To create a more balanced overall appearance, the front hub thickness was adjusted to better match the rear wheel concavity while maintaining proper fitment and brake clearance.
This allowed the setup to retain the aggressive front fitment required for performance without creating an uneven visual profile between front and rear.
To better evaluate the setup, the customer compared the factory wheel and tire package against the new forged wheel setup.

At first glance, the rear setup appears slightly heavier. However, this is not a direct one-to-one comparison.
Compared to stock, both the front and rear tires were increased by 10mm in width to improve overall grip and balance. According to Tire Rack specifications, the wider tire setup alone adds approximately 3 lbs compared to the factory tire package.
The front setup also uses a wheel that is 0.5” wider than stock while still coming in approximately 0.5 lbs lighter overall. In the rear, the setup gains a full inch of wheel width while remaining approximately 1.6 lbs lighter than the factory rear package.
This allows the setup to significantly improve front-end grip, traction, and overall balance while keeping overall weight increases minimal despite the larger tire and wheel dimensions.
